Overview
CHGO represents independent power producers, transmission providers, municipalities, industrial customers, and lenders in various energy proceedings before the Missouri PSC and the courts, including rate cases, resource planning cases, acquisitions, and authorizations.
Since the divestiture of the Bell system in the early 1980s, CHGO has represented competitive telecommunications providers regarding state regulation, inter-company agreements, and dispute resolution.
