Previously Phillip also served in various school district leadership positions throughout St. Louis County ranging from Assistant Superintendent of student support services to being Chief of Human Resources for both Ferguson Florissant School District and the Special School District of Saint Louis County. He has extensive experience as a strategic talent development leader as well as traditional collective bargaining processes.
