Craig H. Smith, Jr., a litigator, has been promoted to partner effective January 1, 2023. Craig has been a valuable member of the team and we are excited to see him take on this new role at the firm.

The firm is also pleased to welcome Kathryn E. Van Voorhees, a small business and franchise attorney, as a new partner, effective October 17, 2022. Kathryn has been practicing since 1995 and will be a valuable asset to the firm.
