We're proud to announce that Nancy Mogab, principal attorney at Curtis, Heinz, Garret & O'Keefe, has won the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA) Workers' Compensation True Grit Award.

The True Grit Award is presented to the Missouri attorney who best exemplifies the qualities of professionalism, ethics, character, and courtroom success.

Nancy is truly deserving of this award as she has exemplified and put into practice the philosophy of MATA through her representation of the injured in courtrooms across Missouri.

The committee to select the winner of the Workers' Compensation True Grit Award is comprised of the current MATA President, Vice President/President-elect, and three members of the Executive Committee or Board of Governors (representing each St. Louis, Kansas City and Outstate Missouri as chosen by the MATA President).
