Law Practice

Daniel enjoys a legal practice that covers a broad scope of expertise and represents a diverse range of clients including individuals, start-up companies, and small and mid-sized businesses. Daniel concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, intellectual property, business transactions, and probate litigation. Daniel’s civil litigation practice includes representing his clients in breach of contract claims, real estate disputes, business partnership disputes, and construction-related claims. 

Daniel’s intellectual property practice includes advising clients regarding their branding, conducting trademark clearance searches, registering trademarks, advising clients on copyright matters, and representing his clients in trademark and copyright infringement claims.

Daniel also advises his clients in starting and growing their businesses, including drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, investor agreements, and joint business ventures.

Away from the office, Daniel is very active with his children’s activities. He is a US Swimming official as stroke and turn judge, a high school water polo referee, and a volunteer committee member for his children’s Boy Scout troop.
