The Presiding Judge for the 21st Circuit has formed a subcommittee to address municipal court matters during the coronavirus pandemic. Keith Cheung, who serves as the municipal judge for the City of Ladue, has been selected to serve on this committee. This subcommittee will meet periodically with the newly retained municipal monitor, Celestine Dotson and the judicial committee: Hon. Renee Hardin-Tammons, Hon. John Newsham and Hon. John Lasater.
