Law Practice
Lee concentrated his practice in administrative law, estate planning, health care, municipal law, probate, trust and estate administration, public utility law, real estate and telecommunications law. His background at the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, the Missouri Public Service Commission, and extensive public utility practice (including representation of MCI WorldCom) provided him with the opportunity to brief and argue numerous cases before all of the Courts of Appeals in Missouri, including the Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern and Western Districts and the Missouri Supreme Court. Lee has written numerous briefs and petitions in the U.S. Supreme Court as well as written papers and given lectures in the areas of telecommunications and municipal law throughout the country.
